While walking through the nature center, I noticed many small details that would usually go unnoticed.  The plants were a brighter green than usual and the sky was a bluish-grey color.  Previous rain was evident in the wet plants and muddy areas.  It seemed rather quiet, except for the screaming kids.  I wish we would have had the time to go further into the woods and see more of the different plants.  I think it would have been better if we could get off of the trails and experience the other areas more.  Overall it was a good time, but more time and opportunities would have made it even better.
